Insightful UX is founded by industry leaders in UX and digital marketing. As a Digital Account Executive, you’ll join our expanding Operations Team (client services).
Our mission is to wage war on assumption with user research that drives incredible client results – and we’re looking for a Digital Account Executive to help us do just that!
The company has some big growth ambitions for this year, and we need you to help the Operations Team deliver exceptional digital marketing and development services to our expanding client roster. It will be your job to manage the day-to-day running of accounts and freelance resource, scheduling and producing digital work, and reporting on the team’s results to our clients – using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.

All you need is the following:
You’ll go above and beyond for our clients – the Digital Account Executive will balance the time and cost of internal teams, freelance resource, and client needs.
You’ll want to build a valuable skill set – you’re either already qualified in digital marketing, or on the way!
You’ll know how to work collaboratively – you should be comfortable bringing energy, motivation and excitement to your role and our clients every day.
You have experience of delivering ‘digital marketing’ – the Digital Account Executive will interpret, analyse and extract data from Google Analytics – and turn it into actionable advice.
You’ve hands-on experience of PPC, social media, and email campaigns – you might only have a year, but this is a demanding role and you need to be able to ‘hit the ground running’.
You’re technology-minded – you’ll be working with our tools’ on a daily basis. We’ll be throwing real time user and client problems at you and expect you to propose and action real resolutions. Alongside this, you’ll be expected to regularly suggest improvements to test.
You’re good at interpreting data and like it – you enjoy analysing data, websites and requirements – and will be expected to use these skills to help our us give the most accurate information to our clients.
You should be comfortable working with websites – a lot of our client websites are built in WordPress. You’re no novice to jumping in to find quick fixes, and creating landing pages.
