The Brief:

Strategic online advise following competitor acquisition

Our Approach:

Stage 1: Online market review of competitors and current websites
Stage 2: Proposed action plan to bring the brands together
Stage 3: Support with phase 1 of their web update (to be live for a key event)
Stage 4: Support with phase 2 web project management (key user journey updates)

The Results:

Phase 1 complete and live for key event, approach has worked to prevent loss of key clients which was a high-risk factor due to tight regulatory and licensing laws within this sector

Though not initially tasked to, we have been asked to manage the whole of phase 2 of the project which will take the insight we have gathered for the client to implement new user journeys, whilst updating branding/ look and feel and addressing copy in terms of tone of voice, language and key messaging
